Basic race timing

It's About TIME Race Management offers timing, online registration, data entry, customer service and consultation. All timing services start with basic race timing. We capture the start time (either gun start or chip start) and capture the finish time of each participant.

Through the use of IPICO hardware and customized software, It's About TIME Race Management provides real-time data services including:

  • searchable online results
  • online participant tracking with position interpolation and finish time extrapolation
  • customized, branded race day result Website
  • laser-printed overall results and awards at the race site
  • online finisher reports for members of the media

Registration

It's About TIME Race Management has the tools to handle the open-to-close registration needs of events of all sizes. Online registrations are processed through the GetMeRegistered.com system. Conventional applications are processed at the It's About TIME Race Management offices, or remotely via the GetMeRegistered.com data entry module.

Consulting

There are many aspects of event production, much more than just timing. Our staff, having been to hundreds of events and having first hand experience in putting on events, we know what works and what doesn't.

Database Management

It's About TIME Race Management  can manage your database, download online registrations, and provide you reports in virtually any format required. This also ensures a smooth integration in the data to results process.

It's About TIME Race Management uses single and double sided display clocks at the finish line so that participants and spectators will be able to see unofficial times.

Finish Line Scaffolding

It's About TIME Race Management scaffolding Finish Line  adds professionalism to your event. Scaffolding has tie point for sponsor banners. Dimensions: 12' tall x 7'' wide x 5' deep

Course marking and coning

IATRM will cone and mark your course the day of the event.  We use a non permanent chalk or flour to mark your course as well as mile markers along the route.

Course Certification

IATRM will certify your course the proceess takes 45 days so please contact us early.
